Be sure to create an abundance of opportunities for customers to leave their reviews, ratings, and testimonials on your website, social media platforms, and third-party review sites.

4. Provide Incentives for Reviews: Entice customers to leave reviews and testimonials by offering discounts, rewards, or exclusive access. However, the incentives must be proportional - i.e. a small gratuity in return for offering a thoughtful, well-written testimonial. Rewards that are too big will simply encourage a plethora of fake, over-the-top reviews. Be sure to disclose any incentives or rewards offered in exchange for reviews.
